Pricing and Terms

Fees for Mediation are $150.00 per hour ($75.00 per party) for parties with a combined gross income and/or assets less than $150,000.00.

Fees for Mediation are $200.00 per hour ($100.00 per party) for parties with a combined gross income and/or assets greater than $150,000.00.

There is a four hour minimum.  Payment is due at the conclusion of the mediation.  Cancellation of the mediation must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled mediation or a fee may be charged to the cancelling party.
